Ordering Cupcakes :
NOTE: When selecting from our gourmet cupcakes please pay close attention to the selection:
- You have the option of selecting one (1) dozen standard sized cupcakes OR two (2) dozen petite sized (smaller/ mini) cupcakes for the same price.
- You have the option of receiving them in standard packaging - one (1) box with each cupcake packaged nearly in its own slot OR individually packaged. Each cupcake will be placed in its own small container. Individual packaging does require an up charge. You will see the difference in cost as you make your selections.
Custom Order FAQs
How far in advance should I place a custom order?
Please place custom orders at least two weeks in advance. During peak seasons, four weeks is recommended. Email us to discuss your date and availability.
How many cupcakes should I order?
As a starting point, plan for one standard cupcake or two petite cupcakes per guest. Your ideal quantity may vary depending on appetites and other desserts being served. Include your guest count in your inquiry so we can help you choose.
How do I confirm flavors and colors?
Include your preferred flavors and decoration colors in your email so we can confirm the details with you. Please provide specific color names rather than broad descriptions such as “pink.” Reference images or hex codes can help communicate your preferred shades, but icing colors may differ from what appears on a screen.
What design details should I provide?
Please include your name, event date, requested quantity and cupcake size, occasion or theme, preferred flavors, specific color names, and any wording or decorative details you would like. Include reference photos if you have them so we can review your request.
How do I submit a custom-order request or reference photos?
Email info@yummmcupcakery.com with your order details and attach any reference photos or inspiration images. Include your name and event date so we can match the references to your request.
Are custom-order deposits refundable?
Custom-order deposits are non-refundable. Please email us for the deposit amount and payment details for your order.
